Who these rooms are for

Most of our meeting room customers are not technology companies. They are accountants presenting year end to a client in another city, builders walking an owner through drawings, clinics seeing patients who cannot travel, and firms interviewing candidates who live two provinces away. The room has to work the first time, every time, for people whose job is not running the room.

Hybrid work made the meeting room the front door of the business. Training rooms teach staff in two locations at once. Boardrooms host investors on screen. A proper room means people stop huddling around one laptop, and the person at the far end stops being a small voice in the ceiling.
