Office Copiers and Printers for Surrey Businesses
We sell, lease and service office copiers, printers and wide format for businesses across Surrey, from our own shop in South Surrey.
We are an independent dealer carrying Kyocera, Xerox, Epson and HP. Nobody pays us to point you at one of them, so the comparison you get is a real one. Most of our work comes from customers who stayed, and from the people they sent us.
Where we work
Surrey is not one market. A law office in Morgan Crossing and a fabrication shop in Campbell Heights print for very different reasons, and the right machine for one is the wrong machine for the other.
We work across the city, most often in:

Most days your machine simply runs well. Supplies arrive before you need them, and there is nothing to think about.
Then something happens, and you find you have a problem.
That is when you call, and that is where monitoring earns its keep. We bring your machine up while you are still on the line. We can see if there is an error code, and we can see what the machine knows about the life left in its major components. Often that is enough to diagnose what is going on right there and then.
Three out of four calls are settled that way, without anyone leaving the office. When one does need a site visit, we have a much better idea of what needs to happen before we arrive, and that makes for a much quicker fix.
We can automate and manage your other printers as well
You do not have to have bought a machine from us for us to monitor it and keep it in supplies. On desktop printers we can automate supplies for virtually every brand, including Brother, HP and the smaller Canons.
On full size floor machines we are dealers for Kyocera, Xerox and Epson, so those are the lines we carry parts and training for. We will always tell you what we can support before you sign anything.
The result is one agreement, one invoice and one number to call, with nothing in the building that nobody is watching.
The right machine for the job
A desktop printer is built for convenience and privacy. A business machine is built for volume and productivity. They are designed for different jobs, and they cost different amounts to run.
Our job is to balance the two. Put the volume where it runs best, keep the convenience where it genuinely helps, and price each machine for what it actually does. Sometimes that means one machine fewer. Sometimes it means one that is bigger. We will tell you either way, and we will show you the numbers we used.
A Campbell Heights example
A manufacturer there runs a Kyocera TASKalfa 4004i for the mono volume and a TASKalfa 2554ci for colour, both on large capacity toner so cartridges are rarely changed.
The current versions of those two machines are the TASKalfa MZ4001i and the TASKalfa MZ2501ci, at the same speeds.
For their drawings we replaced an older wide format machine with an Epson SureColor T5770DR, dual roll, thirty six inch. Less floor space, lower cost per drawing, and two rolls loaded so nobody stops to change media.
Two years in, one or two service calls. That is the story we want for every customer.
