Tilbury and Annacis Island are two of the largest industrial areas in Metro Vancouver, and a lot of what gets printed there is shipping paperwork: bills of lading, manifests, customs documents and packing slips, often with a driver waiting at the door.

Most of our customers are on a managed print agreement. Their printers are monitored, so when one of them calls, we bring the printer up while they are still on the line, read the error code and see how much life is left in the major parts.
Three out of four of those calls are settled that way, without anyone leaving the office. When a visit is needed, we arrive knowing what the fix is.
