Every square foot counts
When the office rent is what it is in Vancouver, three tired printers and a supply cupboard are expensive floor space. Often the better answer is one right sized multifunction printer on the floor and fewer desktop printers, with toner that arrives before anyone has to go looking for it.

Most of our customers are on a managed print agreement. Their printers are monitored, so when one of them calls, we bring the printer up while they are still on the line, read the error code and see how much life is left in the major parts.
Three out of four of those calls are settled that way, without anyone leaving the office. When a visit is needed, we arrive knowing what the fix is.

For a design or architecture studio, a common pairing is a Xerox CX961 for colour up to 12 by 18 and full bleed SRA3, and an Epson SureColor T5770DR for thirty six inch plans on two rolls.
