Description
A colour 4 in 1 for a small office that wants colour without a full size copier. It prints 37 pages a minute in colour or black and white, scans both sides of a page in one pass, and faxes as standard.
- 37 pages a minute in colour and in black and white
- Print, copy, scan and fax as standard
- 100 sheet dual scan document feeder, both sides in one pass
- 7 inch colour touchscreen
- Separate black, cyan, magenta and yellow toners, so you only replace the colour that runs out
Why businesses choose it
Colour matters when the work goes out to customers: quotes, flyers, marked up plans, a proposal with your logo on it. The MA3500cifx brings that in house on an A4 printer that sits on a cabinet or its own stand rather than filling a corner.
The 100 sheet dual scan feeder reads both sides of a page at the same time, so a stack of two sided paperwork goes to email or a shared folder in one pass.
Paper starts at 350 sheets and builds to 2,000 with extra trays. The black TK-5372K toner runs 7,000 pages and each colour runs 5,000, and because they are separate a colour heavy month only costs you the colour you used.
Specifications at a glance
Figures above are taken from Kyocera’s published specifications for the ECOSYS MA3500cifx.
It only earns its keep if it keeps working
Every printer we place can run on managed print. We monitor it, the toner arrives before you run out, and service is handled before a small issue becomes downtime. One local number to call.
This printer is available on a service agreement covering toner and maintenance on request.
Not sure this is the one?
We always put two printers in front of you, so the choice is yours and the comparison is honest.
If colour needs to move faster, the ECOSYS MA4000cix is the next step up. If colour is not needed at all, the ECOSYS MA4500ifx is a mono 4 in 1 at 47 pages a minute.
Prices in Canadian dollars. Taxes, delivery and any provincial recycling fee are additional.
