Why businesses choose it
This is where the Pro line starts to feel like office equipment rather than a desk accessory. It prints 35 ISO pages a minute at a true 1200 x 1200 dpi, and as the specifications note it is rated for up to 50,000 pages a month, with HP recommending 350 to 2,500 pages as the comfortable working range.
The 250 sheet tray is the practical difference. Half a ream goes in at a time, so the tray gets filled on Monday instead of every morning, and the 150 sheet output tray keeps long jobs tidy.
