This is the machine for a front office that prints all day: invoices, manifests, bills of lading and correspondence. It prints 25 ISO pages a minute with the first page out in 4.8 seconds, scans through the 50 sheet document feeder, copies, and faxes. It is an inkjet built for office duty: PrecisionCore heat free printing with fewer moving parts than a laser and no fuser to wear out or replace.

The running cost is what sets it apart. Black cartridges come in three sizes up to the 40,000 page T12J, so a busy office changes ink a few times a year rather than every month, and the pigment ink prints come out dry, sharp and highlighter safe. Paper capacity grows with the work: the 250 sheet tray and 80 sheet rear feed extend to 1,830 sheets with three optional 500 sheet trays.

It is a great fit for an office printing up to about 5,000 pages a month, the recommended volume the specifications note, with headroom to a 70,000 page monthly duty cycle, and it carries a two year limited warranty.
