Why businesses choose it

This is the machine for a workgroup that needs 11 x 17 and A3 without an A3 laser budget. It prints up to 13 x 19 inches, copies and scans up to 11 x 17 through the flatbed and the 150 sheet two sided document feeder at up to 100 images a minute, and faxes in colour and black. The Replaceable Ink Pack System is the running cost story. T05B extra high capacity packs yield up to 86,000 ISO pages in black and 50,000 in colour, so supply interventions almost disappear and the cost per page stays low. PrecisionCore heat free printing keeps power draw near 50 watts in use, the lowest in its class by Epson measure.

It starts as a desktop machine with a 250 sheet cassette and a 150 sheet rear feed, and grows to 1,900 sheets with three optional 500 sheet trays on the optional stand. Gigabit Ethernet, wireless and USB 3.0 are standard, PCL 5 and 6 and PostScript 3 emulation are on board, and a built in hard drive supports secure job release with PIN codes.
